An exciting project with Kent Science Park for a prominent International Pharmaceutical Company. Working in a tough environment with exacting standards and tight deadlines, was both challenging and rewarding for all members of the team.

Completed in 12 weeks (on time) and with a value of £1.1m, this project was a fine example of a team effort; a success for Kent Science Park, their tenants MDS Pharma and Coleman & James.

The project consisted of 1100m2 refurbishment to provide laboratory, office & support facilities, including;

Negative air pressure to laboratories, fully furnished.
A bespoke vacuum system for air extraction to laboratory equipment, designed & sourced by C&J.
The provision of services & environment for nine Liquid Crystal Mass Spectrometers & associated analysis suite.
Eight Fume Cabinets, associated fans & controls.
Freezer room & complete new air conditioning
system.
All new electrics and plumbing throughout, with new toilets and staff facilities.
New Lift & Lift shaft.
Offices, meeting rooms and reception area.
