Kent Science Park - Technology Units

Commercial:

We were delighted to be chosen for the "first entirely new buildings" at Kent Science Park.

The new 22,600 ft2 Technology Units initially £1.8m, were completed within the 30 week programme.
Additional tenants 'fit-out' works
extended the final account

This 'design and construct' contract included challenges with:

Greater Crested Newt Mitigation works.
Accommodating Protection Zone I & II, ground water measures, as the site is over an Aquifer.

This project followed several major refurbishment projects for Kent
Science Park.
